To support our host clubs and ensure a great experience for all attendees, final attendance numbers are confirmed 72 business hours in advance, which means we are committed to those numbers at that time.
If you’re unable to attend, we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 72 business hours prior to the event to avoid being charged the full registration fee. Cancellations received after this time, or non-attendance, may be subject to the full event fee, as costs have already been incurred on your behalf.
Some events, such as the Golf Tournament, require additional planning and may have extended cancellation timelines (e.g., 7 days). These details will always be clearly outlined on the event registration page.
If something comes up and you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to send a colleague in your place at no additional cost—just let us know in advance so we can update our records.
