A Leadership Learning Initiative for Club Professionals

The CMAC Ontario Branch Book Club was created to support the ongoing development of club management professionals through shared learning, meaningful discussion, and real-world application.

As the private club industry continues to evolve, leaders are navigating increasing complexity—from shifting member expectations and workforce challenges to stronger governance demands and the need for more intentional culture-building. This initiative was developed to provide a consistent, accessible way for members to strengthen their leadership skills, broaden their perspectives, and connect with peers across the industry.

This curated book series is designed as a structured learning journey, with each book building on the next to explore the core elements of effective club leadership:
