Martin serves as Chief Operating Officer at Scarboro Golf & Country Club, a prestigious private golf club in Toronto with a rich history dating back to 1912 and known for its distinguished championship golf experience and strong member community.

An experienced and award‑winning club leader, Martin brings a proven track record in club operations, team building, capital projects, and strategic execution.  His leadership helped guide his previous  club to notable recognition  in being awarded  Club of the Year (medium size) honours, reflecting his ability to drive organizational success and member satisfaction at the highest levels.

Martin’s career in club management spans multiple senior leadership roles across well‑respected clubs, including positions such as Superintendent, General Manager, and COO. His breadth of experience empowers him to oversee complex operations, elevate service standards, and foster a culture of excellence among staff and members alike.

Martin brings his passion for professional club management and operational leadership to the Club Management Association of Canada (CMAC) Ontario Branch, where he serves as Secretary Treasurer on the Branch Board of Directors.
